This deployment supports the intelligent upgrade of local high-end auto service stores and continues to strengthen Leisu’s brand presence in the intelligent car wash equipment sector in Southeast Europe.
As a core economy in Southeast Europe, Bulgaria has seen private and commercial vehicle ownership steadily rise year after year in cities such as Sofia, Varna, and Burgas. The efficiency of traditional local manual car washing and outdated reciprocating equipment is low, driving continuous growth in demand for intelligent touchless car wash equipment. European environmental regulations are also pushing car wash stations toward water-saving, low-consumption, fully automatic transformation. As Leisu’s benchmark model for the premium overseas market, the LEISUWASH 380 PLUS addresses Bulgaria’s local climate and operational environment with four core technologies. The entire machine is constructed with full 304 stainless steel, resistant to moisture, salt corrosion, and day-night temperature fluctuations, well-suited to the variable climate of the Balkan Peninsula. It features a bus-servo and AI three-axis intelligent control system, with a 360-degree rotating wash arm operating in three-axis synchronous linkage and a corner response of only 1.5 seconds. Nozzles maintain a constant 35cm optimal wash distance, completing pre-wash, foam, high-pressure rinse, wax, and drying in a 120-second one-stop process. Standard ultrasonic radar fusion sensing technology eliminates the need for embedded floor limiters – vehicles parked offset or at an angle are automatically recognized – significantly reducing store infrastructure renovation costs. The 3-in-1 variable-frequency main control system achieves 35% water and energy savings, meeting EU energy conservation and environmental standards. It supports 24-hour unmanned self-service operation and remote app-based intelligent maintenance, suitable for multi-scenario deployment at gas station chains and premium auto care centers.
With over a decade of global export experience, Leisu car wash equipment has been shipped to more than 100 countries and regions worldwide, with over 10,000 units deployed in stores globally.
