Hangzhou Leisu (LEISUWASH) has completed factory quality inspection, anti-corrosion packaging, and customs declaration for three 380 PLUS fully automatic touchless intelligent car wash machines. The equipment has been loaded and shipped via land route to Samara, a core city along the Volga River in Russia, continuing to deepen Leisu’s market presence in Russia’s Volga River basin.
Samara is located along the middle reaches of the Volga River and is an important industrial hub and land logistics node in central-southern Russia, with a permanent population of over 3.3 million. Supported by local vehicle manufacturing industries, the region’s private and commercial vehicle ownership consistently ranks among the top along the Volga. Demand for car wash services at auto service chains and gas stations is strong. Due to the harsh local climate with cold winters and dusty spring and summer seasons, stores urgently need low-temperature-resistant, dust-proof, all-weather, fully automatic car wash equipment. Traditional manual car wash efficiency has become a bottleneck, making intelligent touchless models the preferred choice for store upgrades. The buyer is a chain service provider deeply rooted in Samara’s automotive aftermarket for many years, having previously introduced multiple Leisu units to their stores. Based on stable operational performance, they have ordered three additional 380 PLUS units for their new comprehensive maintenance center.
The LEISUWASH 380 PLUS, as Leisu’s flagship export model optimized for cold regions, has been specially adapted for Russian climate conditions in both materials and control systems. The main body is crafted with thickened 304 stainless steel, resistant to low-temperature frost and rain and snow corrosion, easily handling Samara’s sub-zero winter conditions. It features a bus-servo three-axis linked washing arm with 360-degree full-coverage spray, ultrasonic radar intelligent vehicle recognition that does not require fixed positioning for offset or angled parking, significantly reducing store infrastructure investment. The full variable-frequency power system saves energy and reduces consumption. The complete wash process including pre-wash, high-pressure rinse, foam polish, and powerful drying is completed in 110 seconds. It supports 7×24 unmanned self-service operation and remote cloud fault diagnosis, perfectly meeting the around-the-clock operation needs of Russian chain stores.
Leisu products continue to expand across the Russian market, with large numbers of units deployed in key cities from Moscow and St. Petersburg to Samara and Kazan along the Volga.
