The full washing cycle includes undercarriage high-pressure rinse, pre-spray chemical application, colour foam soaking, paint sealing and full-range variable-frequency air drying. It supports unattended 24/7 operation. TheLEISUWASHcloud management platform enables remote maintenance, fault warning and business data statistics, matching the operation model of local commercial car wash stations.
The project was implemented on-site byLEISUWASHfactory engineers in accordance with overseas standard installation procedures, covering equipment positioning, pipeline layout, electrical connection and multiple rounds of complete machine testing. On-site operation and maintenance training was delivered upon handover to help site staff master equipment operation and simple troubleshooting.
