On June 7, 2026, LEISUWASH’s professional installation technical team successfully arrived in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and will soon carry out the installation, commissioning and technical training of two LEISUWASH 360 superior contactless intelligent car washing machines for local customers, marking LEISUWASH’s another benchmark project in the Central Asian market.
As the largest city in Kazakhstan and the core economic hub of Central Asia, Almaty is an important stop on the ancient Silk Road, with high car ownership and strong demand for automobile clothing.The equipment of this project is the Laser Star 360 Excellent Model. It has been shipped from China’s Hangzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Base by land-rail intermodal transport in March 2026. After the cross-border transportation and customs clearance process, it has all arrived at the project site at present, and the site preparation work is ready at the same time.
In order to ensure the high-quality delivery of the project, a team of experienced professional installation engineers was dispatched to Almaty.The team will strictly follow the international installation standards and radium speed refined construction process, complete the whole process work such as equipment unloading and positioning, pipeline circuit laying, machine debugging optimization, linkage testing, etc. At the same time, provide one-on-one practical training, daily maintenance guidance and fault emergency treatment teaching for the customer operation team to ensure that the equipment is quickly put into commercial operation.
The LEISUWASH 360 Excellent is customized for the Central Asian climate of cold weather and high temperature difference between day and night. The whole machine adopts a 304 stainless steel integrated body, which is resistant to ice and snow corrosion and extreme temperature difference. It is equipped with an AI intelligent profile control system. The 360° cantilever adapts to various body profiles. The 85bar high-pressure water flow fully covers the body, wheels and chassis gaps. The bicycle washing process is efficient and fast, adapting to the local high-frequency and high-strength operation requirements.
