Bus servo + AI three-axis intelligent control, ultra-fast cleaning and more accurate
Equipped with an upgraded bus servo motion control system and AI intelligent copying algorithm, it achieves three-axis millisecond-level coordination of rotation, transverse movement and vertical movement. The 360° rotating arm fits the body contour in real time. The rotation angle response is accelerated to 1.2 seconds, the optimal rinsing distance of 35cm is maintained throughout, and the whole process of high-pressure cleaning, magic foam, water wax coating and strong air drying is completed in 120 seconds, taking into account both efficiency and lacquer safety.
Abandoning the traditional photoelectric induction, ultrasonic radar fusion detection technology is adopted, without the need for ground limit blocks, the vehicle can automatically identify the length and width of the left, right and oblique stops, accurately avoiding the cleaning blind spots, and perfectly adapts to all kinds of small stores, gas stations and complex sites in Moscow.
Integrated patented three-in-one variable frequency control system, compatible with Russian 380V industrial voltage, low temperature start-up without pressure, stable operation and quiet; compared with traditional equipment, energy consumption is reduced by 35%, 304 stainless steel body anti-freeze and anti-corrosion, without fear of Moscow – 30 ℃ extreme cold weather, long-term operation failure rate is lower.
The whole machine is equipped with a Russian operation interface to adapt to local usage habits; the supporting radar exclusive app supports remote start-stop, status monitoring, fault warning and software upgrades. The Chinese and Russian technical teams respond 7 × 24 hours to achieve “unattended + intelligent operation and maintenance”, which greatly reduces the manpower cost of Moscow stores.
