On April 2, 2026, two LEISUWASH 380 PLUS flagship high-pressure non-contact smart car washers owned by Hangzhou Leisu Cleaning Equipment Co., Ltd. completed strict factory inspection and standardized assembly. They officially set off through land-rail combined transportation (China-Europe train) and were sent across the Eurasian continent to Moscow, the capital of Russia, injecting the intelligent vitality of China’s smart manufacturing into the local high-end automotive service market, and continuing to write a new chapter in Sino-Russian smart equipment cooperation.
As the benchmark model of LeisuWASH in the field of high-end car wash equipment, LEISUWASH 380 PLUS has undergone three years of careful research and development and has made breakthroughs in many key technologies. Its comprehensive performance is comparable to similar products in Europe and the United States. Its core advantages are perfectly adapted to Moscow’s climate characteristics and market needs. The equipment is equipped with a bus servo + AI three-axis motion control system to achieve synchronized coordination of the three axes of rotation, lateral movement, and longitudinal movement. The 360° rotating arm can follow the body contour in real time. The time required to turn a corner is greatly reduced from 5 seconds to 1.5 seconds. The nozzle always maintains an optimal flushing distance of 35cm, making cleaning more even and efficient. Equipped with ultrasonic radar fusion detection technology, there is no need for ground limit blocks. The vehicle can automatically identify left parking, right parking, and diagonal parking. It has strong site adaptability and can accurately avoid cleaning blind spots in complex parking scenarios.
At the same time, the equipment integrates a three-in-one frequency conversion main control system, which integrates drug proportioning, high-pressure pumping station, and frequency conversion main control. With the variable frequency soft start and soft operation design, it effectively reduces equipment losses and takes into account energy saving and durability. TOP-RO reverse osmosis water treatment technology can produce deionized pure water, and when paired with a three-color colorful foam system, it achieves the dual effects of deep decontamination and paint protection, without water stain residue, and comprehensively protects the texture of car paint. The APP network remote control function makes operation and maintenance more convenient. A single account can be bound to multiple devices to achieve remote monitoring, fault warning, parameter adjustment and statistical report viewing. No on-site attendance is required, and it adapts to the centralized management and control needs of multiple overseas outlets.
The two LEISUWASH 380 PLUS units sent to Moscow this time weighed 2,700kg each and had a volume of 13.4m³. They were packaged in 20 pieces in total. The entire process was transported by land and rail to ensure transportation safety and timeliness. This delivery is not only a concrete measure taken by Leisu to respond to the demand of the high-end car wash market in Russia, but also a continuation of the in-depth cooperation between the two parties. As a national high-tech enterprise, Leisu has been deeply involved in the Russian market for many years and has established a solid cooperative relationship with its local strategic partner Robot Car Wash.
