On March 16, 2026, the LEISUWASH S90 high-pressure non-contact fully automatic car washing machine, the flagship product of Hangzhou Leisu Cleaning Equipment Co., Ltd., successfully completed installation, commissioning and acceptance in Prachin Buri, Thailand, and was officially delivered to local customers and put into operation. This marks another successful implementation of Raysync’s smart car wash solution in the Southeast Asian market, injecting new momentum into the automotive service market in Thailand’s Eastern Industrial Corridor.
As an important node in Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor, Prachinburi is close to Bangkok and is home to core industrial bases such as the Lochana Industrial Park. It is an important production base for international car companies such as Honda Motor Co., Ltd., and the number of cars in the region and the demand for industrial vehicles continue to rise. The S90 car washing machine installed this time will provide efficient and intelligent one-stop washing and care services for local gas stations, car service centers and corporate fleets, effectively filling the market gap in local high-end automated car washing services.
In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, Raysync established a team of professional overseas engineers and went to Thailand to work closely with the local construction team. From equipment unloading, frame assembly, pipeline laying, to electrical connection, system joint debugging, functional testing and personnel training, the entire process was efficient and standardized, and the entire work was completed in just a few days.
During the commissioning, S90 was highly recognized by customers for its efficient cleaning process of 90 seconds per car, water saving performance of 120L per car, and low energy consumption of 0.5 degrees per car. After the equipment is started, the 360° rotating high-pressure arm accurately covers every corner of the car body. With the magic color foam, water wax coating and powerful air-drying system, Leisuwash completes the entire process of cleaning, polishing and care in one stop.
